The Records of the Community Services Administration provides many different catalogs of records. There are 46 total different catalogs provided for researchers to use and gather data from. There are subjects such as: Records of the Public Affairs, Records of Job Corps, Records of the Urban Centers, Records of the Office for Plans and Programs. 

381.3.13.2 Records of the Office of Recruitment, support, and Placement is responsible for establishing policy and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, assignment, support services, facilities, materials, transportation, and placement activities ass they relate to the overall job corps program and the individual enrollee. 

381.3.13.6 Records for the Office of Women's Centers planned, monitored, and supervised the operations and programs of the contractor-operated Job Corps training centers for women. They analyzed, reviewed, and evaluated contractor proposals for operational feasibility and practicality. It also developed operations policy and formulated budget requirements for the centers. 

381.3.13 Records of the Job Corps was to prepare for the responsibilities of citizenship and to increase the employability of young men and women, aged sixteen through twenty-one, by providing them in rural and urban residential centers with education, vocational training, useful work experience, including work directed toward the conservation of natural resources and other appropriate activities. 

381.3.13.3 Records of the Office for Plans and Programs provide overall direction and supervision of Job Corps activities relating to long-range planning, budget requirements, financial management, and computer programs. They also assisted in the development and implementation of programs and training courses for Job Corps centers and their staffs.
